This week, I’m chatting with Siena Leslie and Vicky Hsu of HabitRPG! Thanks for tuning in, I hope you enjoy!
I met Siena at PAX Prime in 2014, as I was hovering excitedly around the Close Castles booth. Siena was there showing off HabitRPG, and I was instantly distracted when she said the magic words “Productivity” and “RPG” in the same sentence. We chatted for a while about her app, and for quite a while I completely forgot why I was there. I anxiously asked her if she would do the honors of being a guest on my podcast. She graciously obliged, and the rest is history!
I didn’t get to meet Vicky in person until I visited LA for Indiecade. When I was working out details with Siena for the podcast, she asked if I would like Vicky to be on the podcast as well. I did my best to not be too overenthusiastic when I agreed, as nothing makes me happier than more amazing ladies to talk to. The three of us had a lovely chat, and while I was in LA, I was fortunate enough to spend some time hanging out with them. We didn’t get as much time together as I would have liked, but perhaps next time!

HabitRPG is a Productivity App, aimed at “Gamifying” your daily tasks. You keep a to-do list (as well as some habits and daily tasks that you might be trying to encourage) and you’re rewarded for successfully completing your tasks with loot and experience.
